Too many to list: Heart attacks, angina, heart failure, strokes, gangrene of leg, amputation, lung cancer, multiple other cancers (mouth, tongue, throat, cervix, pancreas etc...), erectile failure, copd, pneumonia, aneurysms, cataracts, periodontal disease. The risk of these diseases starts decreasing within a year of stopping smoking. Lots of reasons to stop!
