My brother in laws son,6yr old, constantly teases my 1yr old son my son leaves him,after a while he protects himself by hitting cousin my son is shouted at,his cousin doesn't get shouted at for teasing my son still to small 2 understand. pls advise?

Adults need to talk: I would discuss this with your brother in law. If he chooses not to discipline his kid, it is time to exclude that kid from your child's life. Failing to do so is child neglect. If your brother in law protests or this is impossible I would report the BIL to child protective services. Maybe a visit from an unrelated caseworker would bring him to his senses.

Children in conflict: Children are treated clinically through adults. Please discuss the matter w/your relative and if he is not responsive set clear limits as to how the children in question can or cannot see one another in the future. Peace and good health.
