3 days ago i hada spasm lower right side under ribs it radiated up to shoulder blade to neck and topof shoulder now i lose breath?

RUQpain/ shoulder: May be gallbladder, gastritis or can be lung clot, pneumonia ( usually have fever , cough with this) or liver pathology. would recommend ER follow up as they can do ultrasound or CT there. Go today-as soon as possible
