Endometriosis: Sorry to hear you are suffering! Endometriosis can be difficult to deal with, but the good news is that there are many treatments. You could use just about any type of birth control (pill, ring, patch, implant, IUD, shot) to help with your bleeding. I would recommend talking to a gynecologist that can help you and offer you choices.
