Breast babies: Breast fed infants can go a little every feed or overflow a diaper once a week to 10 days. If it is soft when they go i don't worry about it.Be prepared for a generous volume when baby does go. Babies have weak belly muscles & lay flat to poop so the use their breathing muscle to push, often making sounds or fussing.
