Not particularly: The normal human body temperature fluctuates during the day based on metabolic activity. It is often at it's lowest after deep sleep (4AM for many) and highest in mid afternoon. A range of 97.1 to 99.5 is common in normal uninfected people. Could you be in the early stages of an illness ? Sure, but it could also be normal.
