Risks - high and low: Low thyroid risks: - weight gain, obesity, evolution of adult onset diabetes mellitus due to it, low blood pressure, low heart rate, constipation, brain fog, depression, apathy, cold intolerance, etc. High thyroid risks: - elevated heart rate and blood pressure, which could contribute to strokes or heart attacks in extreme circumstances. Undesired weight loss and appetite suppression. Sleep prob.
