Can i take diclaflam and brufen i have terrible tooth ache and brufen is all that seems to help. how much brufen is ok.

Diclaflam & Brufen: Both are NSAIDs that will temporarily help with your pain. You really need to be seen ASAP by a dentist. The tooth may be infected which would also require an antibiotic. The sooner you call for an appointment the sooner you will feel better.

Not a cure: Both meds are pain killers that will only mask the pain as the infection/abscess continues to spread, eventually becoming unbearable.
