Depends on the cause: We do not treat the tests but what is the reason for the abnormal tests
it may be due to gall bladder disease, or liver condition and the underlying condition has to be addressed and treated.

Don't treat the labs: They're a marker for significant disease which must be diagnosed. Your physician will rule in / out alcohol, medication allergy (including weird herbals), hepatitis B / C, Wilson's, hemochromatosis, antitrypsin deficiency, and the less-treatable but usually less-devastating non-alcoholic steatohepatitis which often responds to aerobic condition. Best wishes.
