The approved dose of Unisom is 25-50mg. It’s okay to take another dose, but taking another too late may cause morning drowsiness. Now that you know how you respond, it may be best to keep in mind for another night and take Unisom 50 mg 30 minutes before going to bed. Note: this will stop working after ~2 weeks. If insomnia lasts more than 14 days, talk with a doctor about better treatmen
