Hard to speculate: More medical history & character of the symptom (time of onset/intensity/frequency/ aggravating factors) and an exam would allow a better assessment. If it is short (minute s) & a little left of center it is likely stomach entrance related-heartburn.(take antacids) If it is longer & crushing it might be heart related. When you post a question, the more detail you provide the better
