Musculoskeletal pain: If the pain gets worse with movement and ,if you press certain point on the chest/rib area and is tender then it is due to inflammation of the cartilage. Anti Inflammatory medicine like Advil/Aleve may help you. If you have cough, fever or Heart condition please seek the doctor's advise .
