OCD: Please ask your doc about using a different anti-depressant. Also, see a clinical psychologist who specializes in OCD. There are very specific psychological treatments for it. Peace and good health.

FDA approved for OCD: Meds approved by the FDA to treat OCD: fluvoxamine (Luvox), clomipramine (Anafranil), fluoxetine (Prozac), paroxetine (Paxil, Pexeva) & sertaline (Zoloft).
