Hard to say: Your posted description does not provide enough data to suggest what it could be or whether anything could be done about it. If it bothers the kid or you, it may be worth having your regular doc look at it during any encounter & see whether s/he would suggest such a visit.

Should I see a dermatologist? 22 years old. Very Red face. Spider veins develop around nose. As well as bumps under skin sometimes appear on forehead and nose and then disappear after a couple of days.
