Propriospinal myoclo: Seems propriospinal myoclonus occurs in the hips trunk knees & may be a functional disorder ( psychosomatic) . In one study only 7% had a spinal abnormality. Segemental myoclonus originates from the brainstem /spinal cord and has anatomic/ biologic basis. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4240434/ https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/9781444346183.ch15 f/u/ w/ neurology
