URGENT: Any time you’re having left sided chest pain, it is worrisome and you should see a cardiologist ASAP. Although at your age it could be an anxiety attack, a cardiac arrhythmia, or even an adrenal gland tumor...a doctor needs to exclude ischemic changes (heart attack) and confirm a diagnosis. You may need to wear a 24 hour holter monitor that monitors your heart beat constantly.
