Need in-person care: A patient with such medication needs requires in-person care for many or most of his visits, meaning he needs to get established with a primary care doctor, and perhaps a psychiatrist as soon as possible. When he books appointments with those types of doctors for in-person visits, he can ask for specific medications and explain why. (You currently posted on our free, public, informational forum.)

No: State medical boards require a physician patient relationship, retrievable records, an exam and vital signs for prescribing many meds including the one listed. Failure to obtain these can result in loss or restriction of license and loss of the federal license to prescribe such meds. This public information site does not offer any treatment services. Contact your own doc for such needs.
