R/O Peptic Ulcer Di: Gastritis is a pathological Dx, usually caused by Bacteria H.Pylori or NSAIDS causing Erosions or ulcer accounting for pain. Important note is that he responded to therapeutic dose of PPI for a week At this junture need diagnostic tests such as EGD for Dx, provided patient has not stopped the medication or not taking at right time ?
