Unrelated: I don’t think those 3 symptoms are related unless there’s a new medicine you’ve started (statins) 90% of back pain resolves in 6 weeks, so if it’s been longer than that, please see an orthopedic surgeon. Light headed and hand tingling can be due to medication side effects, hypoxia or hyperventilation, anemia, just to name a few
