Vaginal Rx "safe": Obviously, any medication such a Metrogel have risks and complications, but the vaginal use is relatively "safe". Cleocin (Clindamycin) for vagina use is an alternative to Metrogel for Rx of bacterial vaginitis. Talk to your MD about both.
