I have a persistent post nasal drip for 3 weeks now and it has developed into a dry scratchy cough. i have treated this with otc decongestants and antihistamines, but it does not get better, only worst. what can i do to get some relief?

You need to be: treated for the underlying cause as well as symptoms. You treating yourself with otc medications that is fine but see specialist doctors to get treated for the underlying cause. If it is deviated septum of the nose you need septoplasty, if acid reflux or allergies are the cause you need to be treated to eliminate those causes.
