Infection: Painful lymph nodes can be sign of an infection, oftentimes a viral process. The painful node in addition to your fatigue would fit with a viral infection. Usually I worry more when I hear about a non-painful lymph node. It may be reasonable to observe over the next few days, if no improvement, you can see your GP.
