I noticed little red leopard-like spots on the bottom of my butt/ very top of my leg but i do not feel any pain, itch or sensitivity. it feels normal.

See PCP: It would be extremely helpful to have a picture :) ! Other helpful information may obtained through an exam - is it raised, blanches with pressure, the exact distribution etc. Rashes/skin changes can be caused by so many things. It is probably safe to observe over the next few days, but if it becomes larger or painful/sensitive in any way - you should be evaluated.
