Chest cold?: Your symptoms may be due to a head cold which has moved down into your lungs. How long have you had these symptoms. if you have any fever or if the pain is worse on deep breathing, you might have a pneumonia. A chest X-ray can check your lungs. It is best to see your doctor for physical examination and then get a few tests run to make sure that you do not have chest infection (Pneumonia).
