You're okay: This stuff is mostly genetic and by no means is this a death sentence. The lethal cholesterol problems are the very-high LDL stuff and even they can be managed. Here's what you can do -- you're still a young woman, join a fitness group, increase your level of aerobic exercise by finding something you actually like to do, eat sensibly (choices aren't the key) and expect a normal lifespan.
