Last night had pressure/discomfort in put of stomach that radiated to back & into both shoulder blades with nausea, gagging, feeling hot all over, & burping. woke this morning to same as above and with flatulence as well. no appetite. no fever.

Go to ER: Although a viral infection is possible, the fact that the pain radiates to the back and should blades raises red flag warning. Given that this has not improved after a day, you need to get checked out.
