Need more info: If you have fever, persistent vomiting, or worsening pain, go to the Emergency Department now. If your symptoms are occurring up to a few hours after eating, particularly if there is any fat content in the meal at all, and then slowly subside then it could well be gallstones and you need an abdominal ultrasound. In any case you should see a doctor sooner rather than later. Hope you feel better!
