Viral infection?: If this is something that just started suddenly it sounds most like a viral gastroenteritis. This can last for 5-10 days and resolves on its own. If it is a problem that has been going on for weeks then you should see your doctor for evaluation, tests and blood work.

Once I drink water in the morning before food with my hbp medications, I immediately have this feeling of indigestion and nausea. Then belching and gas like feeling, pulse like pressure on the right side of my throat/neck. Very uncomfortable.
