Ruq pain, usually after eating; back pain as well. ab us showed no gallstones; bloodwork normal. dx gastritis or possible ulcer. other possibilities?

Gall bladder disease: RUQ pain after meals, radiating to back. Normal US abdomen, only suggest there are no gallstones, but does not R/O GB dyskinesia. CK- Hida scan needs to be done. Ofcourse there is always PUD, Dyspepsia, IBS, in contention in D/D Pancreatitis is a remote possibility.
