Sugar: Hi: it's important not to just focus on sugar, but carbohydrate as well, since carbohydrate can be broken down into sugar. things like rice may not taste sweet, but has more "sugar" than a piece of candy. overall, you should be okay with around 200 gram of carbohydrate a day, or about 60 to 75 gram per meal. it's also very important to do both aerobic and resistance exercise as well.
