Anxiety: manifests in many form and has a variety of causes. A limited amount of anxiety is part of life. When it begins to interfere w/function or comfort it's time to seek support. Please don't use medication only. Learn tools from a clinical psychologist to manage your anxiety. Do it early is the most useful way to go. Peace and good health.
