Conception: If you're able to ovulate you are able to conceive, but implantation status in the your bulky uterus containing two fibroids is the question. A gynecologist can evaluate you and answer your question best.

Lipoleiomyoma, is this the same as fat degeneration in fibroid? Incidentally found on CT/ f/u USS, not felt to be dermoid on CT,7cm, cause for concern?? Posterior to uterus, asymptomatic, 39 years old?
