I have a retrovered uterus. could it press on bladder? i seem to have full bladder all the time.

Unrelated: A retroverted uterus would actually be pointing away from your bladder, towards your back/buttocks. So it is unlikely to be the cause of your bladder symptoms. You may have a UTI, or something called interstitial cystitis, or overactive bladder. I would recommend seeing a gynecologist about your symptoms.
