Needs family visit: Define context of symptoms e.g. a family visit with M.D. can elicit what factors make things better or worse and when the onset of symptoms were and are. Do the same symptoms arise when on vacation with or without family? Is patient taking any medicines or non RX drugs? Sleeping well? Any weight loss? Dietary history?
