Asthma: You most likely have a bronchial asthma equivalent if you don't experience wheezing. Bronchodilating inhalers,and at times, corticosteroid inhalers should prevent or relieve your symptoms. If you're not doing well a pulmonologist would be best to evaluate and treat you. A normal peak flow weight for you can be from 380-460.
