Dry flaky skin: One possibility is ecezma. Please see your doctor. He/she may refer you to a dermatologist or treat it him/herself. Peace and good health.

Burn?: A mild burn can happen from a hot shower. Could just be dry skin. Without itch or fluid less likely to be tinea (fungus) or contact dermatitis. Would moisturize and watch
