Is it okay to get a daith ear piercing while on remicade?

Remicade: Risk of infection is always there for everyone who gets piercing done but being on immunosuppressant certainly makes it risky. Although a lot of people are able to manage it well by keeping it clean. Discuss in detail with a physician.
