My 7 yr old son has been having flu like symptoms a wk now. 1st vomiting now diarrhea no fever but fatigue & little appetite. how long could thislast?

2 weeks: Viral stomach bugs ("tummy flus") can have diarrhea for up to 2 weeks following initial illness. As long as stools are not very frequent (ie/ >4 episodes per day), bloody or mucousy, it's ok to monitor at home. Encourage hydration with water, AVOID FRUIT JUICE AND DAIRY (try changing to soy for a few weeks), and start a twice daily probiotic (powder or chewable).
