IBS: If I understand what baby like movements meant, than answer is yes to your question. You have already been dxed with IBS, No previous hx of symptoms are available. Along with abdominal cramping and discomfort, symptoms may include Bloating and Gas, Add urgency to above symptoms. If these symptoms are new, it may not be a bad idea to go see your PCP, to r/o other possibilities.
