Ast 124 & alt 57.week later saw gastro and repeated labs including ggt and hep that came back normalalso ultrasound came back normal.what can this be?

You did the right th: Liver enzymes can go up for a variety of reasons including lad error. So it is necessary to repeat the test to be sure....most often the tests come back normal and the problem, if any, is resolved. You did the right thing. Avoid alcohol or drink lesser amounts.
