On vacation. dried tissue blocking urethra (male). had to pee- urine couldn't come out due to tissue, urethra balooned +sudden pain, followed by blood. now: pain in urethra + drops of blood after urination. is this serious or will it heal on its own?

Urethral obstruction: Sounds like you have a urethral stricture or perhaps some sort of growth obstructing the urethra. It probably won't clear on its own, and the longer it continues, the more you will be at risk for potentially serious complications, such as infection or even kidney failure. See a urologist ASAP.
