Lost sensation: I would start by being evaluated at a sexology clinic to determine whether this is a neuropathic disorder or whether psychological factors are operative. Also techniques may be taught to work around this problem. If true penile numbness or neuropathy is the problem,referral to a neurologist or urologist can be arranged to further investigate.
