Odd idea: So you have a hole dug out crater in your stomach wall & you think drinking acidic water would cure it ??? Not so !!! Healing takes place in an environment of reduced acidity. It often takes combination therapy to kill off a germ that is often involved while protecting the tissue from the natural stomach acid. You need to have a good talk with your doc.
