Just a thought: YOUR NECK may be the "source" of your pain/twitching etc A protruded disc at C-6-C7 nay be irritating the nerve(s) which go from the spine to your arm!! A visit to your Primary Care Provider is suggested and a neck MRI maybe indicated Hope this helps Dr Z
