I wouldn't: I would not go near any doc who offered to operate. You are a guy and worried about how your feet look ?!? Get real. See a podiatrist and have shoe inserts made if you have foot pain. If you are obsessed with how your feet look you need to find a life coach/therapist to explore why you are hung up on this issue. Do the work and life can get better.
