Haven't heard of...: Haven't heard of Montaline C40 being an acne treatment. Over-the-counter medications for acne are helpful such as benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel. It helps kill some acne germs, reduce the amount of dead skin cells plugging pores, and decrease some of the skin oils. One can also add antibiotic gels such as Cleocin or use retinoids such as Differin. Doctor can offer dapsone gel, doxycycline pills, etc...
