Dry drowning: Symptoms of dry drowning are below and usually involve breathing difficulty chest pain coughing as well. http://www.osteopathic.org/osteopathic-health/about-your-health/health-conditions-library/childrens-health/Pages/secondary-drowning.aspx Could irritation , and possibly diarrhea from a bug but would f/u/ w/ doc today and get checked out.
