Why do my new glasses look like im looking through a magnifying glass towards the edges of the lens. straight through lens is fine. is the pd off?

Multiple causes: Could be the pd, base curve, distorted lenses or the prescription. Check with the optician first. If it is not in the manufacture of the lens, go back to the prescribing doctor. This should be easily solvable.
