Can't tell for sure:: White specks isn't enough to say if these are parasites. Wriggling white specks would be enough! LOL. Although rarely are the movements of many parasites visible in stool. Raw fish is a common source of parasites, depending on where the fish came from. Call your doc for an order for a stool test for parasites or go to the health department. f you do have parasites, tell Dept. of Public Health

Hello. 27/m. I just had my stool results = pus cells 0-2/hpf. RBC 8-10/hpf. Ova/Cysts/Parasites/Others not seen. Occult Blood negative. Does RBC suggest Im bleeding? (I had broccoli+ salmon before test, + urinated in stool) Should I be worried?
