Ive been on 2 antibiotics and steriods to fight parotisis i feel still swollen. dizzy off balance and have a headache. my ears are sebsitive and hurt.

Parotitis: It appears that you're being treated for bacterial and/or autoimmune parotitis. Since you're not responding well to treatment, an Otolaryngologist and rheumatologist should be involved in your care. Perhaps a ct scan or mri would be helpful in ruleing out complications like a growth or abscess.
